Monroe leaders set to weigh 'no-confidence' vote against mayor

The Monroe City Council will hold a meeting Tuesday at 4 p.m. to discuss a proposed vote of no-confidence against Mayor Robert Burns.  According to the official meeting agenda, the no-confidence discussion is based on several concerns.
