Cognac1 dash of Cherry BittersTop with Champagne Garnish with the darkest maraschino cherry you can find."Adam" In a mixing glass with ice, combine:2 oz. Rye Whiskey.75 oz Dry Vermouth.5 oz  Cocchi Americano1 dash ea.
