Cheers!"Whiskey Smash"2 oz. of Whiskey1/2 of a lemon, quartered7 mint leaves1 tbsp simple syrup (or a sugar cube with splash of soda water)crushed iceMuddle mint leaves, quartered lemon pieces and simple syrup in mixing glass, just enough to release juices and oils. Add bourbon. Transfer to Old Fashioned glass filled 1/2 with crushed ice, stir, then add more crushed ice.
