The crew are joined by Dr. Tom Challman, Mary's dear father, and take a long look at the 1976 Dan Curtis movie, "Burnt Offerings".Dave's cocktail is a Fall version of the Old Fashioned; he found the recipe on Facebook but is unable to find the name of the person who posted it."Burnt Offerings" cocktail: 2 oz. Whiskey1 ounce Rosemary Cinnamon syrup ( see below)2 dashes of Bitters. Cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig for garnish.Combine Whiskey, Syrup and Bitters in (what else?) an Old Fashioned glass, with ice.Burn the tip of a cinnamon stick, add that (burnt end UP) and a sprig of Rosemary for garnish, and try not to poke out your eye while sipping."Rosemary Cinnamon Syrup"Combine 1 cup of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan with 2 or 3 sticks of cinnamon and 2 or 3 sprigs of Rosemary.
