Monsters and Mythical Creatures of Appalachia

Hello!  On this episode we are talking about the monsters that can be found in Appalachia.  The forests and mountains of Appalachia have many folktales of mysterious creatures and cryptid's  from The Greek God Pan, to were-panthers, the Yahoo (A Bigfoot type creature), Virginia Devil Monkey's  to the Moon- Eyed People which are a legendary group of blue eyed , white skinned, short, bearded people who lived in the caves and caverns that run underneath and thru  through the Appalachia mountains.  Why are there so many strange and unusual creatures and  and high strangeness that occurs in and around the Appalachia area?
