Montco day care worker accused of abusing multiple children

A day care center worker in Montgomery County was arrested on Thursday for allegedly abusing multiple children. Officials said 47-year-old Daniel Patrick Riley was known as “Mr. Pat” at Little Lambs Day Care, Inc. in Lansdale. He is accused of punishing and kicking children at the facility back in March. The day care was subsequently shut down by the state. Riley was charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, and other related offenses. He is being held on $25,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 13. (Photo credit: NBC10)
