O Presidente da República afirma que vai adiar a visita de Estado à Estónia, durante a próxima semana, prevendo que a moção de confiança possa ser discutida no Parlamento na quarta-feira, dia 12, já que, como Montenegro amanhã estará no Conselho Europeu, o Conselho de Ministros poderá ser na sexta-feira. Tendo em conta que as moções têm que ser discutidas três dias depois, Marcelo acredita que a moção do executivo “provavelmente poderá ser agendada para quarta-feira”.
