Monticello’s Federation for the Homeless Welcomes Community Back for Thanksgiving Luncheon

After years of scaled-back operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federation for the Homeless in Monticello is returning to full capacity for its annual Thanksgiving luncheon.
