Moon Magic Basics One of the centers of many spiritual practices is honoring the cycles of the moon. She affects the Earth and its inhabitants in many beautiful ways; the tides of the ocean, reproductive cycles of female animals, hormone levels of humans, and so many other amazing things.  It makes sense that we honor her in our spiritual practices. Of course, you don’t have to at all. What you include in your spiritual practice or don’t include, is your prerogative.
