MSCI’s Asia Pacific equity index was little changed, while South Korea’s Kospi index fell 2.8% as traders returned following a holiday on Friday. Brent rose as much as 3.8% to $91.42 a barrel, the highest level since June, with back-and-forth strikes that have expanded beyond military targets.
