More Laws or Common Sense?

We are praying!!!! This is so very sad………Where is common sense in these cases? My oh my! Frank Haley of KDAZ Radio Reports: One child is dead and a second was hospitalized after being left in a hot car Tuesday in Portales, New Mexico. Portales Police say that the call came in around 3:25 p.m. at a local daycare facility. When police arrived they found the children not breathing. The children were inside the vehicle for roughly one and a half hours. One child was pronounced dead at Roosevelt General Hospital while the other was taken to a hospital in Lubbock, Texas. Police charged Sandi Taylor, 31, and Mary Taylor, 67, with child abuse resulting in great bodily harm and child abuse resulting in death. They are being held without bond. The identities and ages of the children were not released.
