Grief is the natural response to losing something or someone we love, and it shapes us in profound ways, often revealing the depth of our love. Jesus Himself was “a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief,” modeling honesty before God, compassion for others, and faithfulness in suffering. He wept with those who mourned, showing that our tears matter to Him and that grief can draw us nearer to His heart. Through loss, whether of dreams, relationships, health, or loved ones, we are invited to bring our sorrow to Christ, who transforms it into deeper faith, empathy, and hope.
