It's called multi-factor authentication, so instead of just entering a password, users are asked to provide a second form of identification, like a code sent to their phone or email. It's one of the measures ManageMyHealth implemented following last year's data breach. But while it helps protect personal information, is it making life harder for some older New Zealanders?
