FinCap's latest Voices report shows one in eight clients were seeking help for a KiwiSaver hardship application. Since 2015 there has been a 1046 percent increase in KiwiSaver hardship withdrawals nationwide. Senior policy advisor at FinCap, Jake Lilley spoke to Melissa Chan-Green
