More Than a Lecture

When two women walked into one of my workshops, they thought they were there for a lecture. Instead, they found themselves breathing, creating, laughing, and connecting with complete strangers. In this episode, I reflect on what happened that day and why I believe some of life's most meaningful lessons aren't taught from the front of a room—they're discovered through experience. It's a story about creativity, belonging, and the unexpected ways we learn from one another. Because sometimes we don't need more information. We simply need an invitation to participate.
