More Than "I Do"

How do you define marriage? Is it about love, compatibility, or personal fulfillment? Or is there a deeper purpose behind this commitment? As we enter Week Three of our February Relationship Series, Mixed Signals, Pastor Addison invites us to explore the contrast between culture's view of marriage and God's vision. Marriage, as God designed it, is more than a pursuit of happiness or a perfect match — it is a living testament to His faithfulness, mirroring Christ's love for the Church. It's not just a contract but a covenant, a sacred commitment that tells a greater story. This is powerfully illustrated in the story of Hosea. His life paints a striking picture of God's unwavering love, revealing how marriage—when viewed through the lens of covenant—points us beyond ourselves to something eternal. When we shift our focus from what marriage gives us to the story it tells, we unlock a new way of living, loving, and reflecting God's purpose. Join us as we unpack the beauty of God's design for marriage and discover how it can transform our relationships to mirror His faithfulness and love.
