Hallelujah, I've got a new truck! Finally got the insurance money…signed the loan paperwork…and picked it up late yesterday afternoon. Feels good to be an adult again. Gonna be a busy weekend cleaning it and putting all my stuff in there. In the news this morning, the latest on possible tariff checks from the government, a horrific story about a 14 year-old girl in Wisconsin who weighed just 35 pounds, a Russian A.I. bot faceplants at it's debut, and the Mega Millions drawing is tonight! In sports, the Patriots beat the Jets last night on Thursday Night Football to kick off Week 11 in the NFL. The Bucks are at home tonight against Charlotte, the Badgers are at #2 Indiana tomorrow morning at 11am, Brock Purdy should be back under center for the 49ers this weekend, and MLB announced it's AL & NL MVPs yesterday. Elsewhere in sports, John Force has officially retired, the NFL sent out a memo about gambling to it's teams, and fourteen people were just charged for their roles in a massive, illegal sports gambling ring. Let you know what's on TV this weekend and what's new in theaters. Talked about some of the deals you can take advantage of today because it's "National Pickle Day". Some tips for winning at Rock/Paper/Scissors. And a recent poll found that seeing live music is our favorite way to be entertained. Cool story about a kid in Colorado who created a clothing brand to help raise money so underprivileged kids can play hockey. And check out this cow who escaped the slaughterhouse & earned it's freedom by hanging with a flock of sheep. Had a couple of Thanksgiving items this morning including the best time to eat, and some stats from the annual Butterball "togetherness" survey.
