I have discovered that there is an easier way, a switch from the pushing and the trying really hard aspect of weight loss to a much more aligned aspect, which is weight release. I see so many people telling others that all they need to get to their weight release goals is to have more willpower, to work it like a muscle, to have discipline, to push through, to stay consistent and to not give up!
