Ellen's hip sip tip is about where to find good natural wine--look to producers from Burgundy--they've been making great wines for centuries and know that good wine just happens to be organic and/or biodynamic. Do your producer research! Morgan brought Shaughn and Ellen grower Champagne! But first they gossip about Thibaud Boudignon--a rising star from the Loire. You'd have to try to not like it. And you'd fail. The Champagne, Michel Gonet Brut Grand Cru, is from a winery led by a woman. The future is female! Michel was the founder but now Sophie Gonet carries the torch! Morgan schools Shaughn and Ellen on the Champagne riots of 1911.
