Agnico Eagle, the world's second-largest gold producer, has agreed to purchase approximately 244 million additional shares of Wallbridge Mining at C$0.092 per share for total consideration of roughly C$22.4 million, which will increase its ownership stake in Wallbridge from approximately 9.4% to nearly 19.6% on a non-diluted basis.Sigma Lithium is appealing what the company calls a surprise ruling issued May 17 by a local Brazilian judge in Aracuaí that included a potential US$10 million legal collateral.
