Morning Joe, Mississippi Republicans, Mutton

MSNBC's "Morning Joe" travelled to Mississippi on Friday and political strategist Howie Morgan appeared on the broadcast.  We hear Morgan's take on President Trump and Republicans' battle in the South; as well as a snippet of his appearance this week on sister show "Hotty Toddy Hotline."  Plus, the barbecue barrister is back to discuss grilling alligator meat and to spotlight Owensboro, Kentucky's unique style of barbecued mutton.
