Morning Light - Genesis 9

Today: Genesis 9 - The Bow of God Revealed in Us. In Gen. 9 the family of Noah exits the Ark to receive instructions from the Father. They are called upon to replenish the devastated earth and to rule the creatures thereof who will now dread and fear them. They were also given flesh to eat and given a prohibition against eating blood. Having set these things in order, the rainbow appears in the clouds as a powerful revelation of God's character and something of His nature reflected in us of clemency, mercy, and grace.
