Morning Manifestation Meditation

from A Zen Mind Guided Meditations · host Jo Rose | A Zen Mind

🔮This meditation has become a go-to in my personal practice and is truly one of my favorite ways to begin the day. During this 10 minute meditation, we move through a simple visualization exercise where you are gently guided into your future, both visually and emotionally. Neuroscience shows that the brain does not clearly distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. When you regularly visualize a future outcome and feel it in your body, your brain begins wiring itself toward that reality. When you repeatedly see something, feel it, and emotionally experience it as real, your mind begins to orient your decisions, behaviors, and attention toward creating it. This meditation helps you do exactly that. For best results, listen to this meditation or practice its visualization daily, and allow yourself to step into the future you are creating.
