But I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my helper and deliverer; O my God, do not delay. — Psalm 40:17Our deepest security does not come from favorable circumstances but from the unchanging presence of a God who orders every step. To be poor and needy is not a weakness but the very posture that allows us to experience His deliverance. Waiting on Him is not empty time; it is the space where His faithfulness is made known.
