At this, I said, ‘I have been banished from Your sight; yet I will look once more toward Your holy temple.’ — Jonah 2:4Despair is real, but it is not the final word for God’s people. Even when every circumstance screams abandonment, the God who remembers His covenant draws near in Christ. Faith survives the dark because the same God who hid His face also promised never-ending kindness.
