Moron Monday: DUI Suspect "My Dog Was Driving"

Scott Garrett, of Florida, had the perfect story to get out of his DUI arrest when he was pulled over recently.... his Dog was driving.Just outside of Port St. Lucia, FL, police saw a 2005 Nissan driving erratically. When they pulled the car over, Garrett reeked of booze and had blood shot eyes and slurred speech. Police questioned him about the car swerving all over and he told them, "he wasn’t driving the vehicle but it was...actually his dog", according to the police report. The open bottle of Rum didn't help make his story very believable either.
