Morris Bright MBE (1977-84)

Joining Jill and Doron on the seventh episode of the podcast, to tell us his story, is film studio executive and author Morris Bright, a pupil at Carmel College from 1977 to 1984. Morris - known as Moishe in Carmel days - is a director at Elstree Studios, home to the first Star Wars movie and the Indiana Jones trilogies, and more recently the series The Crown.  He is a member of BAFTA ( the British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and was awarded an MBE (Member of the British Empire) in the late Queen's 2018 New Year's Honours by the monarch previously known as Prince Charles. Away from media, Morris is a Hertsemere borough councilor.  Oh…and he is an avid Arsenal fan.
