Dan manages many of the firm’s cases in DuPage County and frequently appears before Judge Gibson and is well known for educating fellow mortgage foreclosure defense attorneys on the Gilbert decision and the new rules and holdings. Dan’s extracurricular activities include his work on the board at Cabrini Green Legal Aid in Chicago. Dan is also a member of the National Mortgage Servicing Standards group. Dan is an alumnus of The John Marshall Law School and the University of Iowa.
