Puglsey goes through a "rebellious" phase and takes an interest in non spooky boy things like Boy Scouts and puppies. His family is so worried they consult a psychiatrist on how to help Puglsey through the phase. After much miscommunication and an earnest effort from both the entire family and the psychiatrist, Pugsley is 'cured". Fivel and JohnPaul discuss the episode itself but also dig deeper in to the activist and icon Dr. Spock, the child psychologist, theme and intro songs, balancing comedy and horror, how great it would be if Gomez and Mr. Rogers met, and of course what does it mean to be "counter culture" when you are the Addams Family.
