With more than 200 certifications online, no competitors with the same balance sheet, leading positions in many categories regarding the industry, they are the next gen company in e-learning. That said, they still have some documents to file with the SEC before the merger happens, and due to the fact CCX is acquiring Global knowledge in the process, it might take more time.  Looking forward to 2022, Skillsoft is predicting a revenue of 700M, which is impressive knowing all their competitors are all under 500 M. Skillsoft also predicts 200 M in EBITDA, which for most other companies of the same type on board are negative. By 2023, they wanna reach a long term growth of 7 to 10 % each year. However, Skillsoft will have to recover from the pandemic and the bankruptcy during the next year. According to their predictions, 2022 and 2023 will be part of a new performance era for the company.
