Mother Arrested for Child Burns | Miami News

A Florida mom faces serious charges after her 10-year-old daughter revealed a horrifying pattern of abuse—including burns and restraints—allegedly inflicted as punishment. Authorities arrested Gineth Ramirez, 35, in Hialeah, citing first-degree burns on the child’s arms, legs, and thighs. Though Ramirez claimed the injuries were accidental from a hot spoon while making flan, she couldn’t explain all the marks and denied using ropes or handcuffs—even though the girl described being forced to sit in a chair and restrained when misbehaving. The case is now under investigation by the Florida Department of Children and Families, with the child scheduled for a forensic interview and Ramirez set for bond court. This chilling case underscores urgent concerns about child safety and abusive discipline methods. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
