A mother whose daughter was close to being adopted has hit out at plans by the government to speed up the adoption process. David Cameron says too many children are suffering because their cases are being held up in courts. He wants to fast track children into their adoptive homes even before the legal process has been completed. But this mother says that could be more harmful for the child.
