Give yourself some GRACE!  Do not be hard on yourself and realize that not everything is going to get done in a day..dishes 🍽🍛 may pile up, laundry 🧺 may be piling up, sleep 💤 deprived, etc just remember this is just a mere season.  It is not always going to be that way. Ask for help when needed and know that it is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. You are not alone in this journey.  Motherhood is work, but you will get through it.
