Mothering Like A Champion with Brenna Payne

from The Self Project Podcast · host The Self Project Studio

A two-time national and North American Champion, Brenna is a mom to an 8 and 9 year old. Initially thinking that motherhood would come naturally to her like athletics, Brenna felt like she was drowning as a mom to two kids very close in age. After years of bickering and nagging, Brenna had an epiphany that maybe parenting could be more like her career as an athlete. Using many of the skills she learned from her sport psychologist, Brenna grew closer to her children than ever before as she set goals, used imagery and journaled about her time as a mother. She now helps coach other moms to do the same.   In this episode of The Self Project Podcast: Using visualizing and goal setting in every day life and parenting Recognizing your triggers and scripting your day beforehand   Where to find Brenna: Visit her website: www.motherlikeachampion.com Find her on Facebook: www.facebook.com/groups/motherlikeachampion   Thank you for tuning in!  If you enjoyed this episode, please subscribe and leave a review!   Find me on Instagram:    www.instagram.com/_kristymartin Join my Facebook Community:    www.facebook.com/groups/divinefemininealchemycircle Visit my website:    www.theselfprojectstudio.com
