MOTHER'S SACRIFICIAL LOVE

from afrikens 3Speak Podcast · host afrikens

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=afrikens/ojqvvths A Short Story To Read After compiling the lines for the voiceover, an idea popped in my mind after waking up, early that morning from my bed, with the chuckles of my twinnee's baby called Michelle. I felt the urge to test this popular song to see how well it will blend with the instrumentals i used. Who sat and watched my infant head When sleeping on my cradle bed And tears of which affection shed My Mother But then Michelle started talking. While I was trying not to cut the song test and also still trying to eye-scold Mimi to stop talking which fortunately she didn't listen, I dragged the song that way to the end and boom, I played it and realized that even Mimi's voice added to the value of the concept and lines of my spoken words and no other song redo for a better singing would actually give me that originality of this first song. PS: The mat/texture shading of the mother denotes the sacrifices of a smooth life for her child to be okay. Nights of staying awake so that the baby could sleep or days of staying hungry so she could feed the child. These sacrifices and many others of mothers are endless and can't be written all in a paper or in an article. Dedicating this to all mothers THE SPOKEN WORDS A mother's story of sacrifice Thread of Pain and Pride Path of love that won't subside A love so pure and true A love that gives without a single ask Her hands, a map of struggle Her heart that weeps but shows smiles on the face She bears the weight of every fall and rise So that her child can soar A Mother A Warrior A Fighter Her love is a treasure Forever to last Thanks for reading through 🤗
