Get quiet for a moment and imagine yourself being celebrated as the most wonderful, brilliant, creative, resilient, imaginative, productive, wise, kind-hearted, and generous, playful, curious, funny, supportive, magical, and bountiful, insightful, cherished, charming, delightful, and energetic spirit that you are.
