She says after that, she learned that the defendant might be her father. Years after that, her mother told her again the defendant might not be her dad. She petitioned the court for a paternity test. The defendant says he always thought the plaintiff was his daughter until the plaintiff’s mom recently told him she might not be his biological daughter.
