Motivated by Reverence - 1 Peter 1:17-21 - Jared Novak

Some people try and do good things, to earn God’s love. Those with faith in Jesus, do good things because of Who He is and all He has done for them. We know we cannot do anything to change our position with God, because we cannot EARN salvation in the first place.However, Peter reminds us that we better remember Who God is and that He deserves the utmost reverence and respect. Join us this Sunday, as we continue our series in 1 Peter 1:17-21. Last week we learned that we should, be Holy as He is Holy. This week will find our motivation to do so. We will find that we are in fact, “Motivated by Reverence”.
