Motivation By Knowing Your WHY

The way we perceive the world is gonna give us different biases. Understanding that this is our paradigm helps us know our flaws. We needs to shift our paradigm to be openminded. We'll be more understanding of other people and where they are coming from when we understand their different paradigm. Our passions and motivation can be realized more effectively when we know how to unshackle ourselves from this singular way of viewing the world.
