Today is the first day of school for LCPS and watching our kids head back got me thinking about something:Why do we wait until January 1st to give ourselves a fresh start?New school year. New teachers. New curriculum. New goals. Fresh notebooks and for those of us of a certain age, maybe even a new Trapper Keeper. What if we brought that same energy into our businesses today?Ask yourself: Who’s your teacher? Who are you intentionally learning from? What’s your curriculum? What 2–3 things do you need to get better at before the end of the year? Is your Trapper Keeper ready? Calendar, CRM, database, goals and follow-up are you organized and prepared?You don't have to know everything. You just have to remain a good student of your business.Stay curious. Stay coachable.
