Motte & Bailey Showfill by Miguel Venexen "Calgary Experimental Electronics" ~Bandcamp Friday got us~ After picking up a stack of new albums from Zeptosecond Records, City of Fire Records and 30/30, we figured there was no better way to show them off than to dedicate an entire Motte & Bailey show to some of the incredible experimental electronic music coming out of Calgary. Special thanks to Milan for helping give music like this a home. All local and formerly local artists!! From ambient, downtempo, experimental and electronic music... from hazy and atmospheric to strange, beautiful and occasionally/often unsettling. Featuring music from Stelar Door, Doughnut Skin, Swan Void, Nyxothera, Masked Opponent, Ghost Cartridge and Blair Sveinson (my accountant! Radio Debut!)
