Nevada had two golden chances to boost its at-large hoops with quality wins, but the Wolf Pack came up short in both opportunities by falling to Texas Tech in Lubbock and a neutral site game at the Staples Center vs. TCU. San Diego State is also discussed after the Aztecs had its worst loss at home since losing to Northern Colorado in Steve Fisher's first year.  Also, we admit that we were wrong, as was everyone else, on UNLV as they look to be one of the top three teams in the Mountain West.
