Mountwest Empowers Civic Action Through Art | Charleston News

Mountwest Community and Technical College turned voter registration into a vibrant, community-driven experience with its “Mount Your Voice” event — blending official resources, interactive booths, and a powerful art project. Featuring the West Virginia Secretary of State’s office and local artists from Project HOPE and the LA Hope Dealer, attendees not only learned how to register but also contributed to a mural titled “Care as a Verb,” symbolizing civic action through painted doves. It was more than just paperwork — it was a creative call to engage, vote, and show up for your community. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
