Move | Wait

After being raised from the dead, but before sending the first apostles out on mission, Jesus tells his friends to wait for the Promise of the Father, the Holy Spirit. Waiting has always been an essential ingredient in God’s way of forming a people for Himself. Although waiting is absolutely despised by our modern society, our healing will come in the wilderness of our waiting as we learn dependence, trust, and devotion.
