Do yoga.It doesn’t matter so much what you do, as long as you do, indeed, move!Furthermore, do not just do this as a one-off. Make it a part of your day, throughout your day! Get in the habit of being in motion. Toss your sedentary lifestyle away!As you move, there is an invitation to release distractions. Let go of external metrics and tech. In their place, turn inward.Connect consciously with your body.Move. As you do, go within.
