Send us Fan MailIn this episode I talk with Qi Gong teacher, Elizabeth Bond.We chat about her own personal journey using Qi Gong as part of her healing journey from a severe auto-immune disease, as well as her journey as a teacher of the practis e.In true Life, Health & the Universe style, we managed to touch on all three subjects in this wonderful conversation.----------Elizabeth has been practising dynamic Qigong forms and stillness meditation since 1993 andconsiders herself a lifelong student of the healing arts.She’s a passionate teacher, bringing warmth and humour to her classes, workshops andretreats.
