Movie And A Beer Episode 70: Resident Evil - Welcome to Racoon City

On this episode of Movie And A Beer, we discuss the Johannes Roberts reboot of the Resident Evil franchise: Welcome to Raccoon City. This fresh reboot of the well known zombie franchise based on a video game starts at the home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corp. and their genetic experiments on the townspeople of Racoon City. This horror flick has plenty of great special effects, but falls a bit flat on the writing and story.  We enjoyed a couple of great beers while watching, both west coast style IPAs. The first was from Beachwood Brewing (CA) and the second from Ruse Brewing (OR). Give the episode a listen to hear more about these beers and some backstory on the video games the movie is based on.
