Movie & An Argument: "Cloud Atlas" & "Happy Endings" (10-26-12)

On this week's episode of "A Movie & An Argument, With Alyssa Rosenberg & Asawin Suebsaeng," we discuss: 1. "Cloud Atlas," a visually dazzling epic directed by Lana and Andy Wachowski and Tom Tykwer. We discuss the film's style, ambitiousness, the Wachowskis' return to form, and its use of non-traditional casting. 2. Two solid ABC sitcoms: "Don't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23," currently in its second season, and "Happy Endings," in its third. Each week, I (Mother Jones "movie guy" Asawin Suebsaeng) will be sitting down to chat with ThinkProgress critic Alyssa Rosenberg (who also does killer work at The Atlantic and Slate's "Double X").
