Movie "Family Man" Commentary by David Hoffmeister - Weekly Online Movie Workshop

from A Course in Miracles (ACIM) Podcast · host David Hoffmeister ACIM Teacher

Movie "Family Man" Commentary by David Hoffmeister - Weekly Online Movie Workshop When we approach forgiveness, often, we think we need to forgive ourselves as persons or forgive other people. But what Jesus is asking us to do here on Christmas Day is, he wants us to recognize that we have a perceptual problem. Like in the 12 step program, I have to admit that I have a human perception addiction and that it is blocking the light for who I really am because God created me as pure spirit. I've misperceived my identity as being tiny when I'm vast. I'm so vast that I can't even be contained in time and space. I'm so vast I'm an eternal creation of God. And that's what we're going to pray to the Holy Spirit and Jesus today to show us that we are divine spirit. God's will for us is perfect happiness.
