Movie "GROUNDHOG DAY" - Commentary by David Hoffmeister - Weekly Online Movie Workshop. Imagine living your life so spontaneously. So serendipitously. So, in the moment that you don't activate the past, organize the present or plan the future. Jesus says in the course ... that past, present, and future are not continuous unless you attempt to force continuity on them, which is the opposite of what he is asking us to do. He's saying, No, you need to let go of forcing anything. You need to relax and accept the moment as it is and let go of your past regrets and grievances and criticisms and judgments and let go of your future worries and anxieties because you were never created to be a time being. You are an Eternal Being, still a perfect child of God. You've just forgotten it. And he's saying don't blame your body, don't go back into your mind and look at all the things you did wrong. That's not going to get you anywhere because it was all part of a misperception based on not being connected to the Holy Spirit, which is the correction. You see, the miracle is a choice. And in that choice, all mistakes are corrected. The miracle corrects retroactively and progressively. All the past mistakes you believe you made as a body are corrected in the miracle instantaneously, and even the future mistakes you're afraid you're gonna make are handled too. So powerful is the miracle that the light in the mind corrects retroactively and progressively. That is an invitation to the present moment.
